Qi Gong...............Qi.....= "lifeforce energy" My class has two parts, which are interrelated. We start with Qi Gong health exercises to help you bring attention and intention to your internal energy movement. Part of the fundamentals and principles of Chinese medicine, Qi Gong uses breath, relaxation, alignment and minimal movement to cultivate and circulate Qi through the body. The second part focuses on learning and refining the T'ai Chi form. The process of learning to breathe and move energy with less effort is emphasized. The journey of a thousand miles starts from ~ Tao Te Ching
